Optimum Wellness is a deeply supportive 3‑month journey designed to help you release emotional heaviness, reconnect with your inner clarity and step into a higher state of balance and wellbeing. GROUNDED includes:

Resonant Wellness

A deeply intuitive energy session designed to help you release stress, dissolve emotional heaviness and realign your mind, body and spirit.

Guided by your body’s wisdom, Resonant Wellness blends Frequency Therapy, Kinesiology, Reiki, sound and energetic healing to restore balance and clarity.

This is a gentle, grounding experience that supports you in feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself.

Couples Crystal Sound Healing

The Couples Crystal Sound Healing session is designed to help couples reconnect with love and compassion, and to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. ​

The intention is to create a safe and nurturing space for couples to connect with each other using the healing power of sound.
